CHASETOWN have added a third signing of the summer.
Matt Funge has joined Liam Kirton and Ty Webster in making the switch to The Scholars Ground.
The forward scored 25 goals in 32 appearances for Dudley Town last season, having previously turned out for the likes of Halesowen Town, Lye Town and Walsall Wood.
Manager Mark Swann said:
“He’s a strong, athletic, and gifted young man who certainly knows where the net is.
“With him just turning 22, I feel we’ve captured him at the right time in his career to help him kick on again.”
Fans could get their first look at the new signings when Chasetown kick off their pre-season campaign this week.
The Scholars host Brocton tomorrow (8th July). Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
