Sanskruti Dance will bring Magical Honey to Chase Terrace Community Centre.

Magical Honey

AN award-winning show is coming to the stage as part of the Creative Burntwood programme.

Sanskruti Dance’s Magical Honey will be at Chase Terrace Community Centre on 20th September.

The show tells the story of young Maya, whose love of drawing and reading leads her to harness her own magic with the help of the celestial being Saraswati.

Together they explore the mystical world around them, where they discover dancing peacocks, flowers appearing as if from nowhere, and the buzzing sound of imaginary bees.

But her world comes under threat from the evil Miss Tusra who believes that no one should enjoy art.

A spokesperson said:

"This mystical, musical tale is an original way to introduce children to Indian storytelling, with dancing, live music and a little bit of magic."

Tickets are £5. For booking details, visit the Lichfield Garrick website.
