Lichfield Cathedral to trial dog-friendly Fridays

A trial will see visitors with dogs allowed to visit Lichfield Cathedral.

A trial will see visitors with dogs allowed to visit Lichfield Cathedral.

From today (7th July) four-legged visitors will be allowed with their owners on Fridays.

The trial is due to run for three months.

A spokesperson said:

“We are requesting that owners ensure their dogs are well-behaved, on a short lead, accompanied at all times, and that they do not disturb other visitors.”
