LICHFIELD City will be back in pre-season action when they host Shifnal Town.
Ivor Green’s men have faced Tamworth and Lutterworth Town so far as they prepare for the new season.
But they saw their weekend trip to Chasetown called off, so will be hoping to get valuable minutes under their belts this evening (15th July) against a Shifnal side who finished runner-up to City in the Midland Football League Premier Division last season.
Kick-off at the Trade Tyre Community Stadium is at 7.45pm.
