A Burntwood family are set to showcase their technical skills on a new TV show.

Derek Danby, 59, will be joined by sons Craig and Chris, together with brother Warren, on Sky1’s Safebreakers programme.
The show, hosted by Ben Shephard, pits two teams of engineering enthusiasts against each other as they build two vehicles to help them reach a safe and crack the code to win £5,000.
Derek and his team – the Droids – appear in the first episode of the show on August 15.
A spokesperson for the show said:
“Derek has a mechanical engineering degree and is a qualified toolmaker by trade. He has rebuilt and repaired all his own cars and has worked on many of the robots with his son Craig.
“He says Craig will be the brains of this team while he will be the steadying influence. His son Chris is not as technically minded but is good at doing what he’s told. Chris is more of a bicycle man and builds all his bikes from scratch.
“All the team are mechanically minded and together they have tackled some massive projects together. They feel just as confident putting a classic car back together as they do building something new from scrap. They also say they’ll work for tea and biscuits.
“This team are certainly not petrol heads and say whatever the challenge is that they will go down the electrical route.”
Safebreakers starts on Sky1 at 8pm on August 15.
