Police arrest wanted Mile Oak man in Solihull

A Mile Oak man sentenced to four years imprisonment in his absence from court has been arrested in Solihull by West Midlands Police.

Kenneth Wallbank (54) formerly from Mile Oak was found guilty for his involvement in defrauding finance companies.

An order was also made at a confiscation hearing under the Proceeds of Crime Act on February 26 at Stafford Crown Court. Mr Wallbank was ordered to pay £682,460 and that £48,768 being a realisable asset following the sale of his former home was ordred to be confiscated.

Mr Wallbank will be appearing before Stafford Crown Court today.
