Everyone is invited to bring their apples along for juicing and to take away the results (windfalls OK but nothing rotten). We have some containers but if you could bring some too that would help – old plastic bottles/milk cartons are ideal.
Lots of great food and entertainment: Mariannes’ quiches; Cake, Rattle and Roll’s bread, caramelised apple tarts traybakes and more; Woodhouse Farm’s beef, pork, sausages and bacon (and loads of veg); St. Giles’ Church preserves. Toffee apples and cider on sale too. Games and entertainment for the younger folk and Paul Hand of Bees and Trees will be there with a range of different apple varieties to look at, taste and smell. Plus music and clog dancing from the Hotpots.
