A MOTORCYCLIST has been caught doing almost 95mph on the A5 in Lichfield.
Police said the rider was caught on camera clocking the speeds on a 60mph stretch yesterday (29th May).
A spokesperson for the force’s specialist road crime team said:
“The driver was reported for excess speed, tyre below minimum tread depth, driving without due care and attention and having a number plate which doesn’t conform.
“For two minutes of enjoyment this driver may struggle to justify holding onto their licence and is risking his safety and that of other road users.”
