Black Star Aikido will open a dojo at the Fradley Youth and Community Centre holding an open day on Saturday 1st June at 12.30 until 16.30 pm.
We teach traditional aikido along with practical applications which is suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.
Classes will then commence from Saturday 8th June between 14.30 and 16.30 pm.
The instructors involved have a wealth of knowledge of the art having trained between them in Japan, Portugal and the USA.
Come along and see if this is the art for you training can be done at your pace and we offer a martial art that will help fitness levels, confidence and is fun to practice.
