THIEVES have stolen a car after breaking into a property in Hammerwich.
The incident happened overnight on 30th December at Overton Lane.
The burglars broke a glass panel in a rear door to access a box of keys before taking a BMW.
PCSO Racheal Orwin, from Staffordshire Police, said:
“Prior to this theft, there was a suspicious incident where a male had knocked at the door and asked if the resident was an Uber service.”
