A plan to turn Burntwood yellow in memory of Stephen Sutton is returning.

Organisers hope residents and businesses will decorate the town with yellow ribbons.

Record-breaking fundraiser Stephen raised millions for the Teenage Cancer Trust before losing his battle with cancer in May 2014.

“Last year Burntwood and beyond turned yellow in celebration of Stephen and it would be lovely if it happened again this year,” a spokesperson said.

“Whether you have ribbons up already or not, please buy a yellow ribbon or bow and once again turn Burntwood yellow for Stephen.”

On May 14th 2014 Stephen Sutton lost his battle with cancer. Last year Burntwood and beyond turned yellow in celebration of Stephen and it would be lovely if it happened again this year.
