George Osborne outlined plans to limit child tax credits to two children from 2017.

Conservative MP Michael Fabricant joked that the policy could have a boost for businesses in the contraception trade:

From 2017 onwards parents will have a choice: 2 children with tax benefits – any more & no additional tax credits.#Durex shares are up.
