Lichfield’s MP has joked that shares in a condom company will go up after the Chancellor’s budget announcement.
George Osborne outlined plans to limit child tax credits to two children from 2017.
Conservative MP Michael Fabricant joked that the policy could have a boost for businesses in the contraception trade:
