Lichfield and Burntwood residents are being urged to have their say on shaping future opportunities for people with learning disabilities.
Staffordshire County Council is to launch a public consultation next month to gather views on how it can improve services.
Cllr Robbie Marshall, Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, said the council was committed to meeting the modern day needs of all members of the community.
“We are absolutely determined to support all residents to live as fulfilling and independent lives as possible,” he said. “We recognise that different people need different levels of support.
“This is a huge opportunity to ensure we make the right choices for the people who use our services, their families and their carers.
“It is these people who will really help us transform options for support to ensure they meet the needs and wishes of all of the people who use them.”
As part of the consultation, which starts on August 19, residents will be able to make suggestions and share views on how to shape the support available.
The consultation will run until November 14.
