Chasetown FC’s leaky backline will be hoping for an easier afternoon this weekend as they travel to Brigg Town.
The struggling hosts have only picked up nine points so far this season, but will know the Scholars are going into the game having conceded 14 goals in their last five games.
The inability to shut out their opponents has also contributed to Chasetown slipping into the bottom half of the table – a slump they will be desperate to arrest sooner rather than later.
