CHASETOWN Women were in ruthless form as they hit Rugby Town for six.

The result means the Scholars look certain to take third place in the table, unless Telford Town can win and overcome a 21-goal difference when the two sides meet in the final game of the season.

Jo Sheerin’s side got themselves in front against Rugby after 35 minutes when Kyrie Ball found the net.

But the other five goals all came in the second half as two in three minutes from Leila Warner and Ellesse Birkett were followed by one from Connie Wootton and a brace from Kaz Clough.
