BURNTWOOD'S Troy Coleman fell to defeat after being stopped by Aaron Bowen.
The pair battled it out in the opening exchanges before the big power punches began to land in the second half of the bout.
They exchanged big left hooks just before the end of round six, but it was a big right hand from Bowen at the end of the seventh that caused the Burntwood fighter trouble just before the bell.
Despite Coleman's best efforts to weather the late storm, the contest was waved off by referee Mark Tyson midway through the ninth round.
