A CHEF will give locals a chance to learn how to create festive dishes at a free Christmas dining demonstration event in Lichfield.
Simon Chef will be at local cutlery firm Arthur Price on 14th November.
Visitors will be able to watch him demonstrate a selection of quick and easy Christmas meal ideas, along with practical tips and tricks for making food taste fantastic while keeping preparation simple.
The event starts at noon and there will be special offers available on the day.
Simon said:
"Christmas cooking should be something to enjoy, not something to worry about. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite ways to create delicious food without complicated recipes or spending hours preparing it.
"A few simple techniques and good ingredients can make all the difference.
"The event is particularly aimed at anyone looking for inspiration for easy Christmas lunches, festive entertaining or delicious meals that can be prepared without the pressure."
