Passengers in Lichfield are facing delays after trees came down on the cross city line.

Services are currently suspended after high winds felled the lineside trees near Sutton Coldfield.

There are also concerns over damage toLichfield City station itself.

A spokesperson for train operator London Midland said: “Part of the roof of the station is very damaged.”
