Fire crews have been tackling a blaze on farmland in Whittington.
Crews from Lichfield, Cannock and Barton-under-Needwood were called to the scene at Common Lane at 3.20pm today (19th July).
Residents were earlier advised to keep windows closed while the blaze was brought under control, while agricultural machinery was also used to create a fire break.
