Lichfield and Burntwood residents are being reminded to take advantage of a free insulation offer.
Loft and cavity wall insulation is on offer until the end of the year.
Councillor Ian Pritchard said: “Free insulation is only possible thanks to government subsidies, which are set to come to an end this December.
“Without the subsidies, we are expecting loft and cavity wall insulation to cost several hundred pounds. So, we’re urging all our residents to take advantage of the offer while they can, and to call our energy advice line for free before the end of November.”
Anyone wishing to take advantage of the scheme should call 0800 677 1543 before November 30 to arrange a free survey.
