The Hairy Bikers have been cooking up a treat in Lichfield.
The TV duo – real names Simon King and Dave Myers – were in the city’s Market Square as part of the filming for their new series.
The duo were cooking up Staffordshire oatcakes in front of a large crowd in the city.
As well as finding out just what to do with an oatcake, the history of the delicacy was also revealed.
The duo explained that oatcakes are actually a form of chapatti, which were made by the wives of soldiers returning from India.
