The jury has retired to consider its verdict on two people accused of killing a Lichfield dad.
Twenty-year-old Carl Keatley, of Greencroft, Lichfield, and a 16-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons are accused of murdering father-of-five Michael Eccles.
Mr Eccles, 43, died in January in the Dimbles area of the city after being attacked near his home after a visit to the nearby shops.
Jurors at Birmingham Crown Court have heard two weeks of evidence and will now decide on a verdict for the two, as well as a 55-year-old who has pleaded not guilty to perverting the course of justice.
