Liam Holt a double winner as Lichfield City FC celebrate their season

Liam Holt bagged two awards as Lichfield City FC celebrated their annual awards evening.

As well as the top goalscorer award, he also landed the supporters’ player of the year accolade.

Lichfield City players, managers and supporters came together for the evening to celebrate a successful debut season in the Midland Combination Premier Division.

Paul Holt’s men secured tenth place in the division and will be confident of climbing even higher up the table next time around.

Defender Todd Perry bagged the manager’s player of the season award, while Jordan Hunt picked up the young player of the year title.

Goalkeeper Craig Johnson was named the players’ player, while Mick Holt was named clubman of the year, with Michelle Holt earning the Brian Grace club award.

The reserves saw Will Evans named the manager’s player of the year, while Josh Leaver scooped the young player title. Ryan Moore collected the players’ player trophy while Adam Breeze won clubman and Josh Houghton was top goalscorer.
