Eleanor Ham, who has appeared in shows on the BBC, ITV, Sky and Disney will launch the new project in September.

Inca Arts Lichfield will run classes on Saturdays.

Eleanor, who went to The Friary School, said: “I would have loved to have attended this type of school when I was younger.

“My ambition was always to act on TV and the only classes available at the time were musical theatre related with no insight into the industry.”

Eleanor said she hoped to give children the chance to be creative and work on short film projects.

“Not everyone wants to be the next movie or TV star,” she said. “But these classes will equip students to be prepared for the industry if that’s what they want, or they can be just for fun and an opportunity to make new friends.

“There will however be an opportunity for agency representation for students who show a particular talent.

“I’ve made lots of friends in the industry over the years, and I’ve got some exciting workshops planned with professional Disney and CBBC actors, together with industry professionals in the coming months.”

Classes will start from 14th September and places will be limited.  For more information email eleanor@incaarts.co.uk
