Dog owners are being invited to take advantage of a micro-chipping service being offered in Lichfield.
Lichfield District Council is inviting people to bring their pooches to Beacon Park’s Swinfen Broun Pavilion on Saturday (March 16) between 10pm and 2am to get them chipped for £5.
Councillor Ian Pritchard said: “If your dog is not micro-chipped, these events are an easy and cheap way to make sure, if the worst happens, you don’t lose your dog for long.”
