The annual general meeting of the Lichfield and Hatherton Canals Restoration Trust will take place next week.
The organisation will elect a new chairman after David Dixon opted not to stand for re-election.
There will also be a talk from Steve Wood, a member of the Inland Waterways Association’s North Staffs and South Cheshire branch, Burslem Port Trust, and Caldon and Uttoxeter Canals Trust.
The meeting takes place at the Park View Centre on Chester Road North in Brownhills at 7.15pm on June 9. Non-members are welcome to attend but cannot vote.
