Although the 2015 event was cancelled, organisers Lichfield Arts say they are already looking ahead to next year and want to recruit someone to plan ahead for the free community event.

Robin Tilston, chair of Lichfield Arts, said: “Fuse is an important part of the Lichfield calendar and takes all year for Lichfield Arts to organise.

“We are sure the right person is out there to help us take Fuse forward in 2016 and make it an event Lichfield can be even more proud of.”

Lichfield Arts say applicants will need to have experience of implementing event management procedures including safety management plans and contingency plans. Awareness of current relevant health, safety and licensing legislation is also vital to the role.
