LICHFIELD City’s players have celebrated the season at the club’s annual awards ceremony.
The Trade Tyre Community Stadium side secured a strong eighth place finish int the Northern Premier League Midlands Division in their first ever campaign at this level of football.
Josh Mansell was a double winner, scooping the supporters’ player title and sharing the players’ player accolade with Jack Edwards – who also secured top goalscorer.
Jude Taylor was named young player of the season, while Brendon Bunn was the committee player of the year.
The event also brought the curtain down on manager Ivor Green’s time at the club after he opted to stand down after six years at the helm.
