Lichfield driver Adam Christodoulou has scored a double podium finish in his latest outing.

He was competing alongside team-mate Klaas Hummel at the Spa Francorchamps circuit in Belgium and got off to the perfect start in race one when their Lapidus racing team’s McLaren GT3 qualify in second.
The race itself saw the Lichfield racer take over with the car in fifth. After a swift pit stop they climbed a place, before Christodoulou produced a strong drive to secure a second place finish.
After a bright Saturday race, the Sunday outing couldn’t have been any different. Wet weather gave the drivers a new test and the city racer handed the car over to Hummel in second place and he overcame the tricky conditions to net a second podium and leave the team fourth in the championship.
Christodoulou’s next outing will be on July 28 and 29 at the 24 Hours of Spa race.
