A SERIES of fundraising events are being organised by the Lichfield Festival Friends.
They include a series of talks at the Cathedral Hotel on 26th January, 23rd February and 23rd March.
A spokesperson said:
“This a new venture from Lichfield Festival Friends, providing a welcome daytime activity in the cold winter months when going out for a walk, gardening or travelling a long distance may not appeal.
“The talks are all of general interest, with different subjects and the titles such as Gentlemen’s Relish, Whistling Through Changing Times and Seven Wonders of the Waterways.”

Another event will be A Taste of Scotland at Holy Cross Parish Hall at 7.30pm on 1st February.
