MOVEMENT sessions for older adults and people with mobility challenges are being held in Lichfield.
Moving Together starts at 10.30am on 13th January at the Garrick theatre.
The creative session introduces gentle movements in jazz, rock and roll, contemporary and jive styles and is led by an accredited tutor in dance for people living with Parkinson’s.
