Lichfield Ladies Circle are celebrating after helping to raise money for St Giles Hospice.
The team joined 871 women for the fairy-themed Solstice Walk event, raising £1,300 towards the charity’s £90,000 total.
A spokesperson said: “We had great fun donning our wings and tutus while participating in the St Giles Hospice Solstice Walk.”
The organisers are waiting to see if their bid to break the world record for the biggest gathering of fairies in one place is verified.
