Lichfield’s MP is set to don a false moustache in the House of Commons in support of the Movember fundraiser.

Michael Fabricant will wear the facial hairpiece during Prime Minister’s Questions on November 27.
“I briefly did consider growing a real moustache for Movember, but I guessed it might have turned out a blond peach-like fuzz,” “So instead, the full Monty, albeit a fake full Monty, was my next choice.
“I just hope on this occasion I don’t get called to ask the Prime Minister a question. Raising an important issue like HS2 might be difficult with a false handlebar moustache nestling and tickling beneath my nose!
“But there is a serious point to all this. Prostate cancer is a killer and I do hope that people will contribute generously.”
