Mayor of Lichfield Cllr Rosie Harvey-Coggins attended the Ancient and Honourable Guild of Town Criers National Championship in Rugeley.

She was joined by Lichfield's town crier Adrian Holmes who was honoured as Best Ambassador by the organisation.

Adrian said:

"What a great weekend representing Lichfield in the Ancient & Honourable Guild of Town Criers National Championship.

"Special thanks to Rugeley Town Crier Adrian Basford, volunteers, sponsors and to all those who worked tirelessly behind the scenes and on the day itself.
