Bosses at a Lichfield retirement living development are celebrating after scoring a five star satisfaction rating.
Stowe Place on Rotten Row received the results in an independent survey by the Home Builders Federation (HBF).
David Meachem, divisional sales director for developer McCarthy Stone, said:

Prices start at £286,695 for a one-bedroom apartment and from £390,195 for a two-bedroom property.
