Lichfield RUFC were able to return to action on Sunday (January 2) when the 1st XV played against the Lichfield Students in a game re-arranged from December 27.
The game was an excellent workout for the team having not played since December 11.
In the end, the 1st XV came out on top 48-0 in a free-flowing game.
Lichfield return to league action on Saturday (January 8) when they travel to the University of Birmingham to face Bournville.
