Lichfield residents are being invited to a family fun day in Beacon Park.
Taking place on August 4, the event will feature a range of activities including arts and crafts, outdoor games, Panna football, a bear hunt train, inflatable T-Rex and stalls.
There will also be the chance for adventurous types to try out the Waterwalkerz which see participants zipped inside inflatable balls and let loose on the water. A £3.50 charge will apply for this activity.

Younger visitors will be able to visit the teddy arena with games, stories, songs, a best dressed teddy competition and a teddy bears’ picnic.
Councillor Val Richards, Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet Member for Leisure Services, said:
“We are delighted to be holding a Fun Day at Beacon Park this August. We hope lots of families will join us for a day in the great outdoors. And, for all the little ones, don’t forget to bring your teddy so you can join in the teddy-themed fun.”
Entry to Beacon Park Fun Day is free, but there will be a small charge for some of the activities.
For a leaflet containing cut out and wear teddy bear ears and more information about the day – which runs from 11am to 3pm – visit the Golf Hut at Beacon Park.
