Lichfield’s Registry Office has undergone a makeover.
The ceremony at the site – the most popular Registry Office in Staffordshire – has been refurbished.
Around 600 couples made their vows at the old library building next to Beacon Park and to ensure couples continue choosing the venue, the ceremony room has been redecorated in gold furnishings with mahogony furniture.
Dionne Lowndes, Head of the Registration Service at Staffordshire County Council said:
“The refurbishment and its beautiful setting means that Lichfield will continue to be a popular choice for people celebrating their special day.”
