Lichfield’s Mayor has joined market traders to get a taste of the high life.
To celebrate the first ever EuroMillions Tuesday draw tomorrow (May 10), Councillor Christopher Spruce and city stallholders were invited to sample what life could be like if they scooped the jackpot.
A spokesperson said:
“Traders swapped their usual produce to the type of feast and fayre which could be on the shopping list of any lucky EuroMillions jackpot winner. Theychanged daffodils to orchids, cod for lobster and oysters, apples for exotic fruits so that Lichfield folk could experience the EuroMillions high life.”
The jackpot for tomorrow’s draw is expected to be around £85million.
