Artists and volunteers are being invited to a meeting in the city.
The Art Box Festival will be meeting on June 20 ahead of the summer event featuring contempory arts and crafts at venues across the city in August.
A spokesperson said: “Art Box will be a fun fresh way to experience art and support new talent in your area.”
The meeting on Wednesday will take place at 7pm at the George IV pub.
