The 2015 service of dedication will take place at 10.30am on Friday (June 19).

A spokesperson for the Royal Air Force Association said: “Personnel and their families dedicate their lives to the service of their country. Sometimes they pay the ultimate sacrifice in service, while some succumb to illness and others pass away in the fullness of time, leaving behind comrades, friends and their loved ones.

“The service will honour all of those remembered in our garden and will dedicate the crosses and stones placed in the Remembrance Garden during 2014/15.”
