A new fitness class in Lichfield promises to be poles apart from other methods of keeping trim!
Friary Grange Leisure Centre is adding to its range of sessions with a new pole dance group.
Led by Grace Lycett, the classes are suitable for women over 18 of all heights and sizes.
A spokesperson said: “Pole dancing will change your body dramatically in such a short space of time.
“This women’s only class is sure to be hugely popular, as demands for these classes are on the up.
