Open sessions are taking place for girls interested in taking up rugby.
Lichfield RUFC are welcoming all age groups from under 12 up to under 18.
The training sessions take place at Cooke Fields on Tamworth Road from 10.30am to midday on Sundays and 6.30pm to 7.30pm on Thursdays.
A spokesperson said:
“No experience is necessary, you’ll just need boots or trainers, a gum shield and weather appropriate clothing.”
