CHEQUES have been handed over to local good causes by the former Mayor Lichfield.
Staffordshire Blood Bikes and Lichfield Foodbank representatives visited the Lichfield City Council offices for the presentation.
Each organisation received a cheque for £2,844.45 after benefiting from fundraising efforts including a quiz night, masquerade ball, ceilidh dance and Sunday lunch.
