People are being given the chance to have their say on the state of the region’s roads as part of a new survey.
Around 3,300 homes across Staffordshire are being asked for their views as part of the National Highways and Transport Public Satisfaction survey.
The survey results will help councils to prioritise their plans and work together on projects after the results are published in October.
Those who receive a survey can complete the paper version or give their views online.
Staffordshire County Council’s cabinet support member for highways and transport, Cllr Helen Fisher, said: “This survey will enable people to have their say on our highways operations and also inform us about the views and priorities of our residents.
“The same survey is being used nationwide which means we can spot trends, share expertise and work more collaboratively where appropriate.
“In addition, a standard survey across the country means all councils participating get better value for money. I’d urge people who receive a form to complete one as their views are valuable to us and can help shape future decision making.”
