Tyler Gardner was last seen leaving the Manatobo nightclub in High Street, Burton, on Saturday night (February 25).

The 18-year-old said he was getting a taxi back to Lichfield, despite planning to stay with family in Burton.

Inspector Jed White, Lichfield local policing team commander, said: “Tyler has never been missing before and we’re very concerned for his safety.

“It appears he changed his mind about staying with family in Burton and intended to head home to Lichfield after a normal night out. However, we don’t know if Tyler reached Lichfield and, when he didn’t return home, his family raised the alarm yesterday afternoon.

“Since then we’ve carried out extensive inquiries to try and find Tyler – these will continue today. We want to speak to anyone who saw, or spoke to, him on Saturday night or on Sunday or who knows where he might be.

“Anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 374 of February 26.”

Tyler is described as white, 6ft tall, of slim build and has short blonde hair. He was wearing a blue and white checked long-sleeved shirt and dark jeans.
