Residents have been reassured that a Lichfield post box won’t be moved to a new location.
Lichfield City Council raised concerns over the Beacon Street pillar box after plans were unveiled to move the Post Office counter to a new site in Wheel Lane.
However, the Post Office has now confirmed that there are no plans to remove the box from its current location.
