Lichfield Arts is pleased to present an evening of high energy live indie rock courtesy of three storming bands.
Headliners SN Dubstation were first seen in Lichfield at Fuse 2013, and will be returning from their home town Swindon to bring us their unique reggae/dub/ska fusion that merges trippy synths, twangy guitars, melodic horns, pounding bass lines and irresistible beats.
Veterans of the local music scene The Kissin’ Kippers Fishin’ Club (ex- The Merry Pranksters and Phaser) are well known for their blend of electronic, raw folk/funk designed to leave the audience dazed, confused, excited but never disappointed.
Completing the bill is exciting young up-and-coming three piece Wally Von Zipper, winner of ‘Staffordshire Rocks 2013’ and purveyor of an uncategorisable and intriguing sound that the band has labelled ‘happy grunge’.
