Lichfield Round Table have donated £250 to Lichfield Explorer Scouts to insulate their newly refurbished HQ in Beacon Park.
As well as keeping the scouts snug, the money will also help keep energy costs down.
Chairman of Lichfield Round Table, Julian Webb, said: “We are delighted to support our local explorer scout group with this donation.
“All the money raised from the Christmas tableau and other fund raising events gets distributed to local good causes in Lichfield throughout the year, and we encourage other similar organisations looking for support to contact us. ”
