A TRIBUTE to the music of Eric Clapton is coming to Lichfield.
The Journeymen will be at the Lichfield Guildhall on 12th June.
The four-piece band will take the audience on a journey through the work of the influential guitarist.
A spokesperson for Lichfield Arts said:
“From Clapton’s early breakthrough with The Yardbirds, through the raw blues power of John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, and into the groundbreaking sound of Cream, the show continues through the soulful collaborations of Blind Faith and the iconic era of Derek and The Dominos.
“The journey concludes with highlights from Clapton’s hugely successful solo career, featuring beloved classics that have stood the test of time.
“With authentic musicianship, attention to detail, and a deep respect for Clapton’s legacy, The Journeymen aim to recreate not just the music, but the feel and atmosphere of a live Clapton concert.”
